After you take this course, consider completing Strategies for Driving Card Portfolio Growth, formerly called Card Program Management - Level 2. This course goes into more detail on card strategies and the importance of metrics, lending, pricing, and how to best manage the customer experience.  You can attend the two-day course (usually offered in the same location/week following the three-day course) or complete the online course.
