The catalog shows all the courses we offer. Once you are logged in, the catalog is customized to show only courses that you are eligible to take.

The fee for each workshop includes all course materials necessary to participate in the course plus lunch and snacks during the training session. If travel is required in order to attend, all travel expense and accommodations are the responsibility of the participant.

Locate the course that you want to enroll in by browsing the catalog or use the Search feature. Click the Enroll now button for the course. Complete the fields as requested.

Once you have enrolled in a course, you will be presented with a purchase confirmation. Once your enrollment has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your enrollment. Please note that for instructor-led courses, you should not book travel until you receive an email confirmation from Visa Business School - usually sent within 1-2 weeks of the scheduled workshop or event.

Yes. You can enroll other individuals for your institution in courses. If you are enrolling the other person, but not taking the course yourself, enter the email address of the individual you are registering in the Participant's Email field in step 1 of the enrollment. If you are enrolling another individual in addition to yourself, complete the enrollment for yourself. Then, access your cart and click the button labeled "Enroll another" for the course that you want to enroll the other individual in.

No. Visa Business School courses are for Visa members and member-sponsored employees only.

When you enroll in a course, it is added to your shopping cart. You must check out to complete the purchase. Your purchase amount is billed to your institution through the regularly monthly or quarterly Visa invoice.

If you register six weeks in advance, you can save 15%. To receive the early savings discount, you must enter the code Save15 in your shopping cart, before you checkout. This early registration discount applies only to workshops and events, and cannot be combined with other offers. This early registration discount is not applicable to online courses, the Visa First workshop, the Visa Global Challenge event, any instructor-led courses held in Brazil, or any of the following instructor-led courses: Edit Package, Effective Arbitration and Compliance, Effective Authorization Management, Effective Clearing and Settlement, Effective Fraud Management for Issuers, Effective Risk management for Acquirers, Fundamentals of Chargebacks, Fundamentals of Transaction Processing, Introduction to Fraud Management.

Online courses make it easy to learn at your desktop or on the go. There are two types of online courses: on-demand and live online. On-demand are self-paced and you can view them when and as often as you want (up to six months). Some of the on-demand courses are bundled together into a series of courses. When you enroll in a bundled course, all of the courses appear in your My Courses list as if you had enrolled in them individually. Live online sessions occur at a specific day and time, and you interact with the instructor and peers in an interactive online environment. Workshops give you a chance to learn through hands-on activities, and discussions with peers and industry experts.

The browser must be able to download the following file types: htm, .html, .js .swf, .jpeg, .jpg, .flv, .mov, .mp4, .f4v. JavaScript is required to use the site fully. High speed Internet access required. Also, be sure you disable any pop-up blocking software before purchasing or accessing an online course, or your content might not launch as expected. Note: With the advent of additional toolbars, such as those from Yahoo and Google, your browser may have multiple pop-up blockers at work. Be sure to disable all pop-up blockers before you begin.

Courses are available for 6 months from the day you enroll, unless indicated otherwise.

You can leave a course at any time and come back to finish it at a later time within your enrollment period.

When you access a course in which you are enrolled, your expiration date and the number days remaining until your expiration date is listed.

You will be notified via email if the course is full and you were added to the waitlist.

Each workshop and/or event is unique. To find the location, timing and other details of an event simply click on the event title in the catalog.

If you purchased the course directly, you can submit a cancellation request by accessing your Purchase History. If the course was purchased for you, the cancellation request will need to be submitted by the individual who made the purchase through the Purchase History. Once the request is received, it will be reviewed and processed. Please note that all cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy and fees.

In-person workshops/events: Once I am enrolled, if I wish to cancel my registration for a VBS workshop/event, I am required to contact VisaBusinessSchool@visa.com at least fifteen (15) days prior to the start of the workshop/event. All course cancellations are subject to an administrative fee equal to 25% of the cost of the course. If I am unable to find a replacement or fail to notify VBS at least fifteen (15) days prior to the start of the workshop/event, my organization is responsible for the full cost of the workshop/event. If my organization registered more than three (3) people for an event, we are required to cancel our registration by contacting VisaBusinessSchool@visa.com at least twenty (20) days prior to the start of the workshop/event. If we are unable to find a replacement or fail to notify VBS at least twenty (20) days prior to the start of the workshop/event, my organization is responsible for 75% of the total course of the course, per participant. Online live events: The VBS policy is to confirm registrations for all online live events one (1) week in advance of the course. Once I am enrolled, if I wish to cancel my registration, I am required to contact the VBS team at VisaBusinessSchool.com at least five (5) business days prior to the start of the online live event. All course cancellations are subject to an administrative fee equal to 25% of the cost of the course. If you do not attend the course, you are responsible for the full cost of the course. Enrollment is not transferrable
